We headed to the Gulf of Mexico to Daulphin Island where we reserved a campsite. We were surprised to see how empty the white sandy beaches were as we drove down the coast. We learned they call this type of sand “sugar sand”.
Rode our bikes out to Fort Morgan and scoped out the beaches along the shore.
